Bhutan Battles Waste

Modernization and an influx of migrant workers have created a huge surge in waste in Bhutan.
A lack of awareness and garbage collection systems is spoiling this so called earthly paradise, as crushed PET bottles, plastic bags, cans and other such garbage pollute the streets.
Hope hasn't been completely lost however, as a green entrepreneur bids to clean up his homeland. He's made it his responsibility to educate the public and make disposal and recycling easier since launching the country's first ever waste-management firm several years ago.
In this episode of Asia Insight we follow this man's efforts to return Bhutan to its former beauty.
